2. The software

Warden is a Windows application that automates actions in the browser game Imperia Online on your behalf. Warden is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Imperia Online JSC.

3. Your responsibility

Automation tools may be against the rules of the game. You decide whether to use Warden and you use it at your own risk. We are not responsible for any action the game operator takes against your account, including warnings, suspensions or bans, or for in-game losses.

4. Free trial

Each PC gets one free 7-day trial with every feature. No payment details are needed.

You subscribe from inside Warden. If you subscribe during your trial, you keep the trial days you have left (rounded up to whole days): your card is saved at checkout and the first payment is taken when they run out. If you cancel before then, you are not charged.

5. Subscription and payment

Warden Pro costs €5.99 per month or €49.99 per year, VAT included. Payment is handled by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Warden (licence badge → Manage subscription) or on the Account page; Warden keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. A licence key may be used on up to 2 PCs.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Warden Pro starts immediately after payment: your licence key is delivered at once. At checkout you expressly agree that the service starts immediately and acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered.

Because you can try every feature free for 7 days before buying, payments are not refundable after that, except where the law requires otherwise. If Warden doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix the problem or refund you.

7. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Warden while your trial or subscription is active. You may not resell, share, crack or reverse-engineer it, or bypass the licence check.

8. No warranty, liability

Warden is provided "as is". Game updates can break features at any time; we'll try to fix them quickly but can't guarantee uptime. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here. Governing law: Bulgaria. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer law of the EU country you live in.
