What stays on your PC

Your Imperia Online username and password, session cookies, game data, settings and logs stay on your PC. The password is stored encrypted in Windows Credential Manager. We never receive them.

What we receive

• Licence checks: the app sends an anonymous ID of your PC (a one-way hash, not your hardware serial), your licence key if you have one, and the app version. We use this only to run the free trial and licences.
• Purchases: Stripe processes your payment. We receive your e-mail, country and subscription status — never your full card details. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Website: our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site. The demo video is embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode.

Legal basis and retention

We process this data to provide the service you asked for (contract) and to meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation). Licence and purchase records are kept while your subscription is active and as long as tax law requires afterwards (10 years under Bulgarian accounting law). Trial records are kept to prevent repeat trials.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing us. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
